Face to Face/Online/Telephone that lasts for 50 minutes
These counselling sessions offer a non-judgmental safe place where you are able to explore presenting issues, discovering where they might originate from. Furthermore, we would work on coping strategies finding healthier options as well as promoting healing process. It is good to remember that: we are not responsible for what happened to us in early childhood, but we have the option to make a change right now as a more matured adult.
