Sometimes it is really hard to take the first step.

 Finding solution or working through struggles can be really hard, especially alone. It could be the trauma, shame or guilt that makes it almost impossible to get out of that dark place or overcome that numbness. Talking therapy is an evidence-based scientific approach that helps people to get through their difficulties strengthening resilience and gaining understanding as well as raising awareness around alternative healthier coping strategies.

About me

As an integrative therapist I offer clients a safe place to explore and work on any psychological issue they may have. We will be focusing on thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns as well as identifying triggers and discovering attachment styles and getting closer to the true self.
